Find a routine.

Again the key is to NOT rely on motivation. This does not last!! The most important thing is to create healthy habits and a consistent routine that you can stick to majority of the time. This is the 80% of the equation we keep talking about. And in this allows us to enjoy our life when we travel, have celebrations and can enjoy without any guilt 20% of the time without ruining our health or feeling like we're being "thrown" off and needing to constantly get on and off the “horse”.

Keep it Simple.

This might be one of the most challenging things. But don't overcomplicate being healthy, it's meant to be simple. Nowadays there is so much noise around what are good or bad foods but when we label foods in this way it causes unnecessary grief and stress. It’s important to find a way that you can balance enjoying life and being healthy. Again the 80/20 rule is key here! 

Make Time for your Health.

Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. We can choose to use them differently. What we know to be true is when you make time for your health, whether that's 30 minutes of a workout, or planning out your schedule. These things can allow you more time and more freedom to live your life while still being able to be healthy and feel your best. Remember you can't pour from an empty cup. Make time, because if you don't make time for health one will be forced to make time for disease later.
