




Building healthy habits around exercising is key. Many find exercise to reach certain goals and stop once they reach their goals. Dedicate yourself to a daily or weekly workout routine. At the end of the day it's not about motivation it's about how consistent and self-disciplined you are.
There are a variety of activities, workouts and classes that are out there. The most important thing is to find something fun that you enjoy that you don't consider just "working out". We're more likely to do the things we enjoy. Fitness doesn't mean just going to the gym it also means getting outside hiking, or riding a bike. Keep it fun, and keep it simple.
Studies show that when you find a community or tribe of people who have like-minded goals the more likely you will achieve them. That's why we greatly believe that finding a community is how to make fitness even more fun and something you will stick to. There is something special about finding accountability in others and having people cheer for you.
